Once the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions on face-to-face therapy lift we will be offering a discount of 19% using the code COVID19 that will be available for a short period. We will notify you about this when it becomes more clear on timescales.

In the interim we have a £20 telephone or video option (phazedrehab.com/treatment) for either assessment or advice regarding training that you can currently complete indoor, in your garden or as your form of outdoor daily exercise.
